On Monday, Apple officially opened pre-approvals for customers enrolled in the iPhone Upgrade program who are interested in upgrading to either an iPhone 12 mini or an iPhone 12 Pro Max, ahead of Friday’s pre-order day.
Customers enrolled in the program who are eligible for an upgrade can visit the Apple Store app on iPhone to begin the pre-approval process ahead of the November 6th pre-orders.
Apple makes the iPhone Upgrade process as easy and painless as possible. If eligible for an upgrade, customers configure the iPhone they wish to purchase, select their preferred carrier, and then get approved for a loan.
In the iPhone Upgrade program, iPhone 12 mini pricing begins at $35.33 per month for the 64 GB model, and the iPhone 12 Pro Max pricing begins at $54.08 per month for the 128 GB model. Pricing includes AppleCare+ with the option to add AppleCare+ with Theft and Loss.
Pre-orders for the iPhone 12 mini and Pro Max open up on Friday, November 6th, at 5:00 a.m. PST, and first orders will arrive on Friday, November 13th. For customers not enrolled in the program, pricing for the iPhone 12 mini starts at $699, and the Pro Max starts at $1,099.
