Earlier this year, Apple got exclusive streaming rights to the “Charlie Brown” holiday specials, excluding them from traditional TV broadcasts.

However, Apple has changed its plans and will be allowing a couple of the specials to air on traditional TV networks, but they will not air on ABC.

On Sunday, November 22, PBS and PBS Kids will air “A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving” at 7:30 p.m. ET. It is available to stream as of today, November 18, on Apple TV+ for those subscribed to it and will be available for free streaming through the Apple TV app on November 25-27.

Starting on Friday, December 4, “A Charlie Brown Christmas” will be put on Apple TV+. It will be available for free to stream on the Apple TV app from December 11-13. It will air at 7:30 p.m. ET on PBS and PBS Kids on Sunday, December 13 as well.

Select PBS stations are available to stream for free through its apps on the iPhone, iPad and Apple TV, and can be streamed from the Mac through web browsers like Safari or Google Chrome.

Additionally, PBS is available to stream on YouTube TV and for free through Locast.

Apple TV+ costs $4.99 per month and is available to stream through the Apple TV app, which is on the iPhone, iPod Touch, iPad, Apple TV, Mac, select Smart TVs, Roku devices, Amazon Fire TV, XBOX One, XBOX Series X&S, PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5.
