Apple has quietly discounted its delivery fee for two-hour deliveries. It also appears as though this is a small promotion from the company because of the holiday season.

This was discovered by @MichaelSteeber on Twitter.

For those who don’t know, in urban areas in the United States, Apple does deliveries to customers in a two-hour time range.

Over the next week, those who make purchases through Apple’s website and pay the extra fee to have Postmates deliver it to its customers.

Previously, the fee for having a two-hour delivery was $9. Between now and Tuesday, December 8, it has been reduced to just $5.

Are you going to use this at all for any of your Christmas or other holiday gifts this year? Let us know on Twitter at @appleosophy.
