Those that are possibly looking to watch something else outside of March Madness, also known as the NCAA men’s college basketball tournament, have another option.
Starting today, all nine seasons of “The Office” will be available to stream for free on NBCUniversal’s Peacock streaming service. Previously, only the first two seasons of the show were available to stream for free with ads.
The reason Peacock is doing this because of celebrating the show’s 16th anniversary. The first episode of “The Office” simply called “Pilot” first aired on NBC on March 24, 2005.
Peacock will also be including superfan footage, unaired scenes from the series, bloopers, cast interviews, collections of curated episodes and series highlights.
Free episodes of “The Office” will return to the previous two seasons on Peacock on Thursday, March 25.
Peacock is available to stream on the iPhone, iPod Touch, iPad, Apple TV and Mac. You can also see our review of Peacock too.
Both the ad-supported ($4.99 a month) and ad-free versions ($9.99 a month) of Peacock can be subscribed to through the App Store. The app also syncs with the Apple TV app.
The complete series of the show currently costs $99.99 on iTunes.
