Apple has quietly released an Apple TV+ app for select smart TVs, as reported by FlatPanelsHD.com.
This includes smart TVs with older LG webOS TVs and Samsung smart TVs. The look of the app is very similar to that of the Apple TV app that is available on newer smart TVs, as well as devices like the Apple TV, Amazon Fire TV and Roku.
I was pleasantly suprised to see an Apple TV+ app available on my 2016 LG B6 when I launched the LG Content Store. @Flatpanels @MacRumors @9to5mac pic.twitter.com/inE0kvmEgM

Apple TV+ has original programs such as “Ted Lasso,” “Dickinson,” “The Morning Show,” “SEE” and others.
It has been confirmed that this new Apple TV+ on the older LG and Samsung smart TVs has support for 4K and Dolby Vision. However, the app does not include items purchased from iTunes or the Apple TV app right now.
