The wait for Apple’s October event is almost over! That’s right, Apple has made it official by sending outs its invites for next week’s highly-anticipated event dubbed “Unleashed”. This title is most likely referring to Apple’s next generation MacBook Pros alongside the upcoming advancements for Apple Silicon for Mac with the rumored “M1X” chip.
As Apple usually holds major announcements for the Mac every October, we can definitely expect Apple to announce all new Macs across the line, including the upcoming redesigned MacBook Pro. Those new machines are expected to fix many of the weakness that the 2016-2020 MacBook Pros had, including the limited selection of ports and thermal throttling. Other products that we could see include long-rumored higher-end Mac mini that will use the same M1X chip alongside a new design. The big company could announce a released date for macOS Monterey after the event.
The big company’s virtual event will take place at Apple Event next Monday (October 18) 10am PDT/1pm EDT – a day earlier than when Apple events are usually held. So mark your calendars now, so you won’t miss this event as well as our coverage!
