Slumberland Furniture is a midwestern furniture chain that is headquartered in Oakdale, MN, and now appears to have made some technological upgrades.
The company is now showing that it has support for Apple Business Chat in iMessage.
Apple Business Chat allows consumers to message select companies through iMessage to receive customer service.
When it comes to Slumberland, customers can message the company’s customer service to get information regarding products, orders and other services the stores offer.
Other companies such as Dick’s Sporting Goods have recently started supporting Apple Business Chat. Last year, Best Buy started supporting it too.
Apple Business Chat is available to use on the iPhone, iPod Touch, iPad, Mac and Apple Watch. To get a hold of Slumberland or another company, simply search for the company on Apple Maps and tap the Messages button.
