Last month, Apple announced that it had gotten a partnership with MLB to exclusively stream Friday Night Baseball on Apple TV+.
These games through Apple TV+ are available to stream through the Apple TV app and at this time, there is no cost to streaming them. All the customer will need is a viable internet connection.
There are two games scheduled for today that can be seen below:
New York Mets at Washington Nationals
7 p.m. ET
Houston Astros at Los Angeles Angels
9:30 p.m. ET

Apple has already announced the announcers and crew that will be working on the Mets vs. Nationals and Astros vs. Angels games tonight.
“Beginning Friday, April 8, the broadcast team of Melanie Newman (play-by-play), Chris Young (analyst), Hannah Keyser (analyst), and Brooke Fletcher (reporter) will call the New York Mets at the Washington Nationals at 7 p.m. ET; and Stephen Nelson (play-by-play), Hunter Pence (analyst), Katie Nolan (analyst), and Heidi Watney (reporter) comprise the crew that will call the Houston Astros at the Los Angeles Angels game at 9:30 p.m. ET…Newman becomes the second woman to lead play-by-play duties for a national broadcast team; she joined the Baltimore Orioles’ broadcast team in 2020.”
Announcers and broadcasters for these games are said to be different each week for the Friday Night Baseball games on Apple TV+ that Apple will announce before the games each week.
Apple TV+ regularly costs $4.99 a month and the Apple TV app is available to use on the iPhone, iPod Touch, iPad, Apple TV, Mac, select Smart TVs, Roku, Amazon Fire TV, Google TV, XBOX One, XBOX One S, XBOX Series X&S, PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5.
