In a quiet move by Kohl’s, the company is now using Apple Business Chat as a way to do live chat customer service for its customers.Â
This can be found through Apple Maps and selecting a Kohl’s store to go to. When you have selected the store you want to go to, on the bottom of the photos in the store profile in the app, a blue Messages icon will appear, which will be what you will tap in order to access Kohl’s live chat through Apple Business Chat.Â
Once you have started a chat, the messages will be sent and received through iMessage that can be done through the iPhone, iPad or Mac.Â
Other companies throughout the past year that have started using Apple Business Chat include Best Buy, Office Depot, Dick’s Sporting Goods and Slumberland Furniture.Â
Additionally, it looks like Kohl’s is one of the few clothing retailers in the U.S. that has added this feature for its customers to get a hold of them without making a phone call or accessing its website.Â
