Apple introduces live video shopping with a specialist

Today, Apple announced a new addition to their online store. Starting today, customers in the US can connect to a store easily through a video call and get top-class advice to buy their new iPhone from Apple Store specialists.

Apple’s head of Retail Online, Karen Rasmussen, said, “With Shop with a Specialist over Video, our team members are excited to connect with customers and provide exceptional service as they learn about which iPhone best suits them.”

The feature will help customers choose their new iPhone, explore colors, storage sizes, compare features, trade in their current device, connect to a carrier, and choose from various payment options.

Shop with a Specialist on Video is available to US customers from 7 am to 7 pm P.T. every day of the week on https://www.apple.com/shop/buy-iphone/. You can also contact a specialist over the phone or through chat support 24/7.
