As of yesterday, another major American restaurant is now accepting Apple Pay in its app.

Thanks to Version 23.2.9 of the Freddy’s app, Freddy’s has begun to accept Apple Pay in its app. Apple Pay support is now also available on Freddy’s website for orders too.

Previously, customers could only use Apple Pay as a payment method inside the company’s restaurants.

Here are the full details from yesterday’s app update:

“Introduction of Apple Pay for iOS and Safari web experiences, along with bug and crash fixes.”

With the update of Freddy’s app and website now accepting Apple Pay, it additionally means Apple Card users can get 2% in Daily Cash on each purchase made through either of those ordering methods, as well as in Freddy’s restaurants.

As of 2022, the company currently has 400+ restaurants in 32 states in the U.S.
