Apple Offers Refurbished 2023 MacBook Pro Models

Back in January of this year, Apple updated its most advanced lineup of laptops to feature the next generation of Apple Silicon – the M2 Pro and M2 Max chips. As of today, you can now find refurbished models of both the updated 14-inch and 16-inch MacBook Pro in Apple’s Certified Refurbished Store in the United States with discounts of up to 15% off compared to buying them new.

This year’s revision brought several improvements over the previous generation that was introduced in October 2021. Both the M2 Pro and M2 Max chips add additional cores that allow a modest speed bump over the previous generation’s M1 Pro/Max chips with up to 20% faster performance and up to 30% faster graphics at certain tasks. For the first time in a Mac laptop, the 2023 MacBook Pros feature WiFi 6E, Bluetooth 5.3, and HDMI 2.1 for faster and more advanced versatility. Additionally, the maximum amount of RAM that can be configured is increased from 64GB to 96GB, allowing you to run the most powerful apps simultaneously.

If you think you can make the most out of these modest improvements such as the HDMI 2.1 port, it’s a great idea to purchase a 2023 MacBook Pro refurbished. Buying certified refurbished models from Apple offers many of the same benefits as buying new ones. For one, you’ll get the same one-year limited warranty and eligibility for AppleCare+ coverage. Not to mention that you’re guaranteed to have a product in great condition as each refurbished product is thoroughly tested and repackaged.
