Ever since I purchased my iPad Air fifth-generation with the Magic Keyboard last year, part of me has wanted to go out and purchase the Apple Pencil 2.
I’m not much of an artist when it comes to drawing or anything like that. My form of artistry comes from writing and reading. Still, I wanted the Apple Pencil 2, and at some point, it would be time for me to do so.
Come early Saturday afternoon when I noticed that the Apple Pencil 2 was on sale at a variety of retailers.
With that in mind and the sale price at essentially $90, I was able to go to my local Best Buy and use my $5 My Best Buy rewards certificate and $15 of Daily Cash from previous Apple Card purchases, and ended up getting the Apple Pencil 2 for just a little under $75 after taxes and such.
For a product that regularly costs $130, this was a great deal for someone like myself that has been wanting one of these for a long time.
However, even with everything said here, I still don’t know exactly how I’m going to use it and implement it into my regular life. I have used Pixelmator and Photomator somewhat often this year on my iPad Air, so perhaps there is a way to integrate it that way?
To answer the question, what made me finally get it?
Let’s just say getting a brand new Apple Pencil 2 at Best Buy for under $75 is a steal and a deal that I could not resist. It looks great on my iPad Air too.
