This may not be specifically Apple-related, but (spoilers) Steve Jobs does make an appearance in the film, and if it wasn’t for BlackBerry, the iPhone may not be what it is today.

The film was released in May 2023 and was made available on digital for purchase and rent last month, but now the DVD, for those looking to get a physical copy of the film will not have to wait too long.

“BlackBerry” starring Jay Baruchel and Glenn Howerton is set to get released on DVD on Tuesday, August 29. It is currently priced at $13.99.

Retailers such as Amazon, Best Buy, and Target do have the movie listed there and consumers can pre-order the DVD through them. Pre-orders made through Best Buy or Target online can be paid for with Apple Pay.

Buying physical media has become somewhat popular again due to streaming services such as Disney+, Max, and Paramount+ getting rid of original content from its content offerings, so getting a DVD of this film in particular might not be a bad idea for some folks out there.
