Apple has recently updated its Apple Support App to now display Detailed Information on Nearby Locations in order to help customers. This update comes after a significant 5.0 update in May, which brought a new layout and expanded support for availability in Vietnam.
With this new 5.1 update, Apple has added more information about Apple Retail Stores and Authorized Service Locations under the “Locations” tab.
The new “Good to know” section lists the availability of accessibility options and device recycling and the “Store Hours” section now lists the Day, Date, and Time for the customer’s convenience. Each location also features information about its Address, Website, Devices Serviced, and the option to schedule an appointment. These features collectively make Apple Support the Go-to App to get service for your Apple device.
