After the announcement of the iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Pro that Apple announced on Tuesday, the company also released a new adapter.

Apple has officially released its brand new USB-C to Lightning adapter on the Apple Store app and website. It is priced at $29.

The adapter will be compatible with the following iPhones: iPhone 15, iPhone 15 Plus, iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max.

It is also compatible with the following iPads: iPad Pro 11-inch (1-3rd Generation), iPad Pro 12.9-inch (3-6th Generation), iPad Air (4-5th Generation), iPad 10th Generation, and the iPad Mini 6th Generation.

Here is how Apple describes its newest accessory for the iPhones and iPads listed above:

“The USB-C to Lightning Adapter lets you connect your Lightning accessories to a USB-C-enabled iPhone or iPad to conveniently provide three key functions – charging, data and audio – with a single adapter. This adapter has a braided cable for added durability.”

The adapter will also work with most cars that support CarPlay through a wired connection.
