Apple closes Walnut Street store on Wednesday in Philadelphia after store was looted by rioters

Apple has closed its Walnut Street retail store on Wednesday after the store was looted by rioters in Philadelphia overnight. Multiple stores in the area were looted such as Lululemon, Foot locker, and more. The Philadelphia Police Department has been on scene making arrests of people who are looting and rioting in the area.

According to videos on X (formerly Twitter), It appears demo devices in the store were stolen or damaged.

Apple Walnut Street will open back up on Thursday at 10:00am according to Apple’s retail page. For people who had an appointment at the store can contact Apple Support
