It has been reported by MacRumors that the newest version of iOS 17 will be released in less than two weeks.

iOS 17.1 is slated to be released on Tuesday, October 24, according to the French regulatory entity ANFR. Its article also highlights how the update will combat radiation levels of the iPhone 12.

“Apple has committed to deploy an update in France. This fix will be available to all users no later than October 24.”

The update, in terms of features and updates, is said to bring a favorites system to Apple Music, seeing balances of a bank card in the Apple Wallet app, AirDrop over the internet, a slight update to some of the wording in the Apple Books app, and some modifications to the iPhone 15 Pros’ Action Button.
