AirTags 4

We might just have to wait another full-year until we see a new AirTag from Apple.

Reliable Apple analyst Ming-Chi Kuo has said that production of the new next generation AirTag (AirTag 2) has been delayed. Kuo previously reported that production of the new AirTag would start in Q4 2023.

Kuo also said that the AirTags 2 are supposed to be a part of a new spatial computing ecosystem that Apple is in the process of building. It has also been said that the new Vision Pro headset will be at the forefront of that system, with the new AirTag being an important piece to it as well.

At this time, there is no word on whether or not the new AirTag will have any sort of specific design change or new features.

Please stay tuned to Appleosophy for future updates regarding this next-generation AirTag from Apple.
