The second month of the new year means another chance to watch some great content on TV.

TV:

  • “Young Sheldon” (Season 6): With the seventh and final season premiering later this month, it’s the perfect time to stream the previous season. It can be streamed on MAX and Netflix.

  • “How I Met Your Mother”: Since this month is about love and Valentine’s Day, how about watching a love story told in reverse? All nine seasons of this series can be streamed on Hulu.

  • “Love is Blind” (Season 6): Speaking of “love,” the sixth season of this series premieres on Netflix on Wednesday, February 14, also known as Valentine’s Day.

  • “Bar Rescue” (Season 8): The newest season of this series premieres on Paramount+ on Wednesday, February 7.

  • “Halo” (Season 2): The first season was loved by many, and now the second season is coming. Season two of “Halo” premieres exclusively on Thursday, February 8, on Paramount+.

Movies:

  • “Stuck in Love”: This is a film that makes for an excellent Valentine’s Day movie for couples or people who like good films. It can be streamed on Peacock and with ads on Tubi, Crackle, Pluto TV, and Amazon Freevee.

  • “The Giant Mechanical Man”: It’s a romantic comedy and an indie film and can make for a great Valentine’s Day film. It is currently available to stream on Prime Video and Peacock, and with ads on Tubi, Pluto TV, and Amazon Freevee.

  • “Set It Up”: While it is an older film, it is certainly a goodie. The film can be streamed exclusively on Netflix.

  • “Up In The Air”: It has a great cast in George Clooney and Anna Kendrick, and deals with layoffs and love, which might be relevant for some Americans out there right now. It can be streamed on MAX.

  • “500 Days of Summer”: Even though it may not feel warm yet, this film might just warm your heart for Valentine’s Day. It is available to stream on MAX and Hulu.

Sports:

  • Super Bowl LVIII (NFL): In this game, you’ll get to see the San Francisco 49ers take on Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs to see which team is not only better, but also the best team in the NFL. A fun fact about this game is it is a rematch of the 2020 Super Bowl. The game will be played at 6:30 p.m. ET on Sunday, February 11, and broadcast on CBS and streaming live on Paramount+.

  • 2024 Daytona 500 (NASCAR Cup Series): It’s time to get those engines going for another season of NASCAR. It will be raced at 2:30 p.m. ET on Sunday, February 18, on FOX.

  • 2024 Pro Bowl Championship (NFL): It may not be the Super Bowl but it’s still NFL-related and you can see some of your favorite players in the league one last time before the offseason starts. The game will be played at 3 p.m. ET on Sunday, February 4, and broadcast on ABC, ESPN, and Disney XD, as well as streaming live on ESPN+ and NFL+.

  • Houston vs. Kansas (Men’s College Basketball): This will be a good Big 12 matchup as the season gets closer and closer to the NCAA men’s college basketball tournament. The game will be played at 4 p.m. ET on Saturday, February 3, on ESPN.

  • Memphis Grizzlies vs. Phoenix Suns (NBA): Both teams are close to one another in the NBA standings this season and this game could be a way for one of these teams to improve upon their lead between the other. It will be played at 10 p.m ET on Tuesday, February 13, on TNT and streaming live on MAX.
