It has now been confirmed by Apple that Ecuador is the next country to get support for Apple Pay.
According to Apple, the two financial institutions that are supporting Apple Pay in the country are Banco Guayaquil and Produbanco.
This has also been confirmed by @aaronp613 from MacRumors on X (formerly Twitter) along with @cesxd22 on X too.
