One of the features of Apple Silicon is that it enables users to load iPad apps on their Silicon-based Macs, as well as iPhone apps.

With this, it has been reported by Six Colors that the MLB app on the iPhone and iPad no longer works on the Mac.

The MLB started its 2024 regular season late last month and when it did, the MLB app that had been previously available on the iPad was also in the Mac App Store. However, when users tried to sign into said Mac app, it would crash once it was opened.
