After weeks of beta testing, Apple has finally started rolling out watchOS 26.1, tvOS 26.1, and visionOS 26.1 to the public alongside iOS 26.1, iPadOS 26.1, and macOS Tahoe 26.1. These updates come more than a month after the release of watchOS 26.0.2, tvOS 26.0.1, and visionOS 26.0.1.
These updates are expected to bring in the more stability in performance and battery life for users running previous versions. Changes in these versions are minor, while iOS 26.1, iPadOS 26.1, and macOS Tahoe 26.1 come with a notable amount of features and changes, such as the new Liquid Glass setting, which is currently unavailable on watchOS and tvOS.
There’s one noticeable change with tvOS 26.1 and visionOS 26.1, and its the rebrand to Apple TV from Apple TV+.
The new versions also come with several security fixes, so it is always recommended to update.
