In a time where a lot of businesses around the U.S. are adding Apple Pay support, Shoe Carnival is “knot” going there anymore.

Not even a year after the company’s website added support for Apple Pay, it has now been removed. The two images below are what the website looked like in 2020.

At this time, the company only accepts manually typing in your credit/debit card information and PayPal.

This is what the website looks like now:

After I tweeted at Shoe Carnival yesterday on Twitter about its lack of Apple Pay support in its stores, the company did respond on Thursday, saying that the payment method is currently not an option. However, did potentially hint about support coming soon.

The good news is there are plenty of other shoe retailers such as Famous Footwear, Journey’s, Designer Shoe Warehouse (DSW) and Foot Locker that do accept Apple Pay in their stores and websites.
