Chevrolet has officially eliminated need for speed when it comes to its customer service.

The company’s customer service chat line is now available through Apple Business Chat on iMessage.

This was discovered a little more than a couple of weeks ago by a Reddit user who found that if they went to Chevrolet’s customer service page, that they could message Chevy on their iPhone in iMessage through Business Chat.

To message Chevrolet through Apple Business Chat, you can go to its “Contact Us” page and scroll nearly all the way down to the page. When you see the number 1-800-222-1020 in the Customer Assistance Center part of the page, hold down the number on your iPhone or iPad until the 3D Touch menu is presented.

From there, all the user will have to do is tap “Send Message” on that menu and it will take them to the company’s Business Chat on iMessage.

We also recently reported that Best Buy has even more recently added Apple’s Business Chat to its chat-based customer service line as well, making it easier for those with an iPhone, iPod Touch, iPad, Apple Watch or Mac to get a hold of its customer service regarding items such as recent transactions, questions and issues a customer could be having.
