It has been reported by Macotakara that the next iPhone SE will be without a notable feature on other iPhones.

This feature is said to be Apple’s MagSafe charging feature, which gives users the ability to wirelessly charge their iPhone and not use the normal charging method, which would be a Lightning cable into the Lightning port on the iPhone.

However, this is not to say that this new iPhone SE won’t have wireless charging support at all, but that it will just not have the MagSafe charging and instead have Qi wireless charging capabilities.

The new iPhone SE is expected to have 5G support and have the shape and body of the iPhone 8.

Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman has stated that Apple has begun production of the new iPhone SE and a new iPad Air. The iPad Air is set to have the option for 5G connectivity.

Apple is expected to be unveiling both of these products during a March or April 2022 spring event, but that has yet to be officially announced by the company.
