With Americans trying to save as much money as they can, as well as getting the most bang for their buck, Apple’s Daily Cash from its Apple Card credit card is a great way to earn extra money by just making purchases with their Apple Card.

Apple recently announced a new summer Apple Card promotion that gives those users 4% in Daily Cash with purchases made at select businesses around the country.

Mind you, customers that don’t make purchases at those select businesses will still get 2% in Daily Cash with each purchase they make with Apple Card from their iPhone or Apple Watch at places that accept Apple Pay.

Also, I want to make it abundantly clear that the Daily Cash earned from Apple Card purchases goes to the Apple Cash card in the Wallet app, for those who might not know.

Make the card work for you. If you’re spending $50-100 a week or month on gas for your vehicle, use Apple Card. If you’re spending $50-200 a week on groceries, use Apple Card as your payment method.

Here are some great ways of using that Daily Cash this summer:

  • Movie nights: We all love streaming services and the amount of content they provide for a somewhat small fee per month. With that said, iTunes does offer the ability to rent films that may not be available on those streaming services or be a streaming service you have. So, rent the movie from iTunes. Cheap movie rentals on it range from $2.99-$4.99, and Apple does typically have a sale on select movies to rent each well and a $0.99 rental too.

  • Food: If you’re able to save up between $5-10 worth of Daily Cash, you could use it towards cheap fast food purchases through businesses like McDonald’s, Burger King, Taco Bell, Taco John’s, Chick-Fil-A, and many others. This could also be switched for treats like ice cream at businesses like Sonic or Wendy’s.

  • Apple services: Believe it or not, each month I pay $0.99 to Apple for 50GB of iCloud storage. Since I make enough purchases with my Apple Card each month and obtain and save the Daily Cash that comes along with it, I have enough every month to cover this small cost that keeps my Apple devices in order and gives me plenty of iCloud storage for my uses. However, other services one could use for those could be a month of Apple TV+ for $4.99 or Apple News+ for $9.99.

  • Apps: While you may not want to spend your hard-earned money on apps, maybe you could use your Daily Cash to experiment with apps you might be interested in? This could be anything to an app like Apollo for Reddit or ESPN+ through the ESPN app.
