Apple has previewed a wide-ranging lineup of Apple Immersive films coming to Vision Pro, spanning motorsport, music, wildlife, travel, and culture. The slate includes projects from the BBC, CANAL+, CNN, HYBE, MotoGP, Red Bull—and more—shot on Blackmagic’s new URSA Cine Immersive camera and finished in DaVinci Resolve Studio. The first title, Tour De Force from CANAL+ and MotoGP, is already live on the Apple TV app for Vision Pro.
Here’s a closer look at some of them:
- Tour De Force (CANAL+ and MotoGP): This documentary immerses viewers in MotoGP rider Johann Zarco’s triumphant victory at the French Grand Prix in Le Mans. Captured with advanced cameras and ambisonic microphones for Spatial Audio, it marks a historic moment after a 71-year wait for a home win. It’s available now for free on the Apple TV app.
- World of Red Bull: Launching with “Backcountry Skiing” in December, this series takes audiences to Revelstoke, British Columbia, alongside top freeskiers. A follow-up episode on big-wave surfing in Tahiti arrives in 2026, both free on the Apple TV app.
- A Night at the BBC Proms: Experience pianist Lukas Sternath’s debut performance of Edvard Grieg’s Piano Concerto at London’s Royal Albert Hall this fall, complete with the BBC Symphony Orchestra and immersive Spatial Audio.
- Journey to Antarctica to Find Emperor Penguins (CNN): Set for spring 2026, this film follows CNN’s Bill Weir on an expedition to Snow Hill Island, exploring climate impacts on emperor penguins with expert insights.
Additional titles include “Julaymba” from PHORIA, capturing Australia’s Daintree Rainforest with Indigenous perspectives; “Experience Paris” from The Explorers, showcasing French culture; and “CORTIS (Color Outside The Lines)” from HYBE, offering behind-the-scenes access to the K-pop band’s choreography.
Apple is also expanding its own series with new episodes of “Wild Life,” focusing on orangutans in Borneo, and “Elevated,” featuring aerial views of Maine, debuting on October 3.
Apple Vision Pro users can access these films through the Apple TV app, with content available in U.S. English and subtitles in select languages. Availability varies by region, and users in the Chinese mainland can find select titles on Migu Video and Tencent Video apps.
For those eager to preview “Tour De Force,” an extended demo will be offered at select Apple Store locations in France, Germany, Japan, Hong Kong, the UK, and the U.S. starting next month. Free demos of Apple Vision Pro are available at all participating Apple Stores, providing an ideal way to experience this technology firsthand.
Bob Borchers, Apple’s vice president of Worldwide Product Marketing, emphasized the transformative potential: “Apple Immersive Video has redefined what’s possible in storytelling, placing audiences inside each moment with a remarkable sense of presence.”
