The U.S. is currently hours away from the 2026 college football regular season beginning. Oddly as it might sound, the season starts with something called “week zero” this Saturday before the main start of the season begins next Thursday.
Streaming this regular season of college football could be seen as pretty easy, depending on who you ask.
Of course, you can always have a live TV streaming service such as YouTube TV, Hulu + Live TV, Fubo, or Sling TV where most of the games can be streamed live there. Sling TV will not include local stations like ABC, FOX, NBC, CBS, or CW affiliates in most TV markets.
For those looking outside of the live TV streaming services for something a bit cheaper, the ESPN Unlimited service could be a good route to go for $31.99 a month which has all of the ESPN-owned networks. It does include the option to bundle with FOX One for $39.99 a month as well. With FOX One, users would get access to channels like their local FOX station along with FOX Sports 1 (FS1), FOX Sports 2 (FS2), and Big Ten Network (BTN), and FOX/FS1 4K channels for FOX Sports games available to stream in 4K.
Don’t forget that ESPN Unlimited will have access to games on ESPN+. ESPN Unlimited this year will also have live streaming access to games broadcast on CW Sports too.
Games broadcast on FOX Sports, as previously mentioned, will be available to stream through FOX One which outside of the ESPN Unlimited bundle costs $19.99 a month.
CBS Sports will have its own set of games broadcast on CBS this year that will also be available to stream live on Paramount+. Games that are broadcast on CBS Sports Network are not available to stream live on Paramount+ but will require a live TV streaming service such as the ones mentioned above.
When it comes to NBC Sports, it will have seven Notre Dame games this season that will air on NBC and stream live on Peacock as well. The same can be said for NBC’s Big Ten Saturday Night games too. Peacock will have its own set of exclusive games this season. Games that air on USA Network will not be available to stream on Peacock.
TNT Sports will have its own set of games airing this year on TNT that can be streamed live simultaneously on HBO Max.
