Planning to get a new iPad? Look no further, as Appleosophy is here to update you on the latest deals on Apple products! Amazon and Best Buy are currently offering $100 off the latest iPad Air as part of their Labor Day Sale. This is a good time to upgrade after Apple raised prices back in June due to memory shortages. Before the price hike, the iPad Air started at $599, and it was raised to $749 afterward.

The iPad Air comes in two sizes: 11-inch and 13-inch, and rocks the powerful M4 Chip with an 8-core CPU, 9-core GPU, and 16-core Neural Engine. The same chipset was offered on the MacBook Air and MacBook Pro, but with two additional CPU cores and one additional GPU core.  The iPad Air comes with a Liquid Retina Display, USB-C, Touch ID, Center Stage, along with support for Apple Pencil Pro, Apple Pencil (USB-C), and Magic Keyboard for iPad Air. The new Air also features the Apple N1 chip, enabling WiFi 7 and Bluetooth 6, and the Apple C1X modem enabling sub-6 GHz 5G connectivity for cellular models. The most meaningful upgrade on the M4 Air is that it features 12GB of RAM rather than 8GB when compared to the M3 variant. This means that it will support features such as advanced voice dictation and expressive Siri voices, where users can adjust the pace and expressiveness of Siri responses.
