In an unexpected turn of events, it seems as though Hallmark may be adding their streaming service, Hallmark Movies Now, to Apple TV Channels.

Apple TV Channels is a service by Apple that allows for users to subscribe to select streaming services like HBO NOW, Showtime and EPIX, and then have that subscription essentially run through Apple’s subscription service. Additionally, users of Apple TV Channels can download and watch their favorite movies and TV shows offline on the device of their choice.

After I had posted a tweet yesterday about the trend #MyListOfDemands, with of those being that Hallmark make Hallmark Movies Now available on Apple TV Channels, the official Hallmark Movies Now Twitter account (@HMNow) favorited and retweeted the tweet earlier today.

Whether or not this means anything or that Hallmark is looking into adding the service to Apple TV Channels is still unknown. Still, the fact that the official Hallmark Movies Now Twitter account favorited and retweeted the tweet could be a sign of things to come from the service.

Please note that this service is not a service that has all of the Hallmark movies out there. They are merely hand-picked by Hallmark Channel, as well as having some TV series out there. One series on Hallmark Channel, When Hope Calls, is an exclusive series to stream on Hallmark Movies Now, similar to Star Trek: Discovery on CBS All Access.

For those looking to currently stream the 2019 Hallmark Christmas movies, you can do so cheaply with Frndly TV. The streaming service is currently not available on the Apple TV, but the service does look to be available on the Apple TV by the end of the year. In the meantime, you can stream Frndly TV on the iPhone, iPod Touch, iPad and Mac (via a browser). Content played on the iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad can be AirPlayed to the Apple TV.

Apple TV Channels is available as a free app by Apple in the App Store and is available on the iPhone, iPod Touch, iPad, Apple TV and Mac.
