Apple today added the first-generation Apple TV 4K, released in 2017, to its list of vintage products. The move comes ahead of Apple’s “Welcome home” launch on Tuesday, October 13, where the company is expected to introduce a fourth-generation Apple TV 4K.
Apple considers a product vintage once more than five and less than seven years have passed since it was last sold. Vintage products can still be repaired by Apple and Authorized Service Providers, subject to parts availability.
