The U.S. Supreme Court will hear Apple’s appeal in its long-running fight with Epic Games on Monday, January 11, 2027, the Court’s docket shows. The justices agreed to take the case in June but limited it to one of the questions Apple raised, about the civil contempt ruling against it in the App Store dispute. Epic’s brief is due November 13.
