Apple Creates Promotion for National Parks with Apple Pay

Although this is not your traditional Apple Pay deal of the week, this is a promotion that features Apple Pay and it is for a great cause!

Apple is starting a program that will encourage not only for you to use Apple Pay, but to go to and support our national parks.

This promotion begins on August 24 and with end on August 31. During that time, every $1 from each purchase paid for with Apple Pay on Apple’s website, Apple Store app, and Apple retail stores will be given to the National Park Foundation as a donation.

“America’s national parks are treasures everyone should experience, and we’re proud to support them again this month by donating a dollar for every purchase made with Apple Pay at one of our stores,” said Apple’s CEO Tim Cook. “These awe-inspiring places are our national inheritance, and Apple is doing our part to pass them on to future generations ”” just as extraordinary, beautiful and wild as we found them.”

Be sure that if you do have to make a purchase through Apple over the next week, be sure to pay with Apple Pay because $1 of your purchase will go to a great cause!
