Apple has released the fifth developer beta of macOS Catalina to Apple Developers. Users that are in the Apple Developer Program can download the beta.
This beta has improved on stability, fixing major freezes, and more. We’ll have a full feature article out soon.

No, Apple has not released Beta 5 at the moment. It’s still says beta 4 in Apple Developers website ( as of 11:16 AM Japan Local Time, July 31, 2019)
