The good news is that we are finally in the fall season and I personally have already experienced the nice cool weather that comes with it. With that said, here is what you can stream over the weekend and into the following week with some coffee, hot chocolate or apple cider.

TV:

  • Good Burger: The classic hit Nickelodeon TV series will be available to stream on Netflix on Tuesday, October 1.

  • Almost Family: This is a new series that is set to premiere on FOX on October 2 and will be available on Hulu the day after. Almost Family stars actresses Brittany Snow and Emily Osment.

  • Victoria: All three seasons of the show can now be streamed on Prime Video.

Movies:

  • The Wedding Year: It’s a movie that came out the previous week and is currently available for purchase and rent on iTunes. To rent, it will cost $6.99.

  • All Good Things: Ok, so this is more so for a DVD, but this a good movie about living on a ranch during the holidays, which may seem out of place for this time of the year. However, there are a lot of scenes that do give off a nice fall and autumn-like look, so it will still go with this week’s Streaming Picks. The movie can pre-ordered on DVD on Amazon for $9.99 and will be released on Tuesday, October 1.

  • Toy Story 4: The movie will be released in its digital version on Tuesday, October 1 too. The good thing is that it is currently available for pre-order on iTunes and costs $19.99 to pre-order.

Sports:

  • #21 USC vs. #17 Washington (College Football): This is a big PAC 12 conference rivalry game. It will be played on Saturday, September 28, and be broadcasted on FOX at 3:30 p.m. ET. If you want to know how to stream this game and other college football games this season, click here.

  • Chiefs vs Lions (NFL): We understand that this is a game that will be on regional coverage, but for those who have the DirecTV Sunday Ticket or those who just happen to get the game in their area, this is the NFL game out of all of them this week that we recommend watching. Both teams are currently undefeated and it shows off the young, talented Patrick Mahomes (Chiefs) against the veteran Matthew Stafford (Lions). The game will be on Sunday, September 29, 2019, and be played at 1 p.m. ET on CBS.

  • Chicago Cubs vs. St. Louis Cardinals: Well, this is the last game of the regular season for both squads. The Cardinals will be playing in the playoffs this year, but the Cubs are officially out of it, but since this is a well-known and historic rivalry in professional baseball, it only seems fitting that they play one last time for the last game of the regular season. The game itself will be played on Saturday, September 28, 2019, at 7:15 p.m. ET on FOX.
