Twitter for Mac Returns to the Mac App Store

The Twitter for Mac app has been an app that many would like to see a return to the Mac App Store. After all, it is a free app and most of the actually good third-party apps are going to ask for some money out of your wallet to use.

With that said, the new Twitter for Mac app has returned to the Mac App Store! It is currently available in it as a free app.

After my brief usage with it, it definitely does just feel like an extension of the Twitter website and not as advanced as TweetDeck, Twitter’s other available app on the Mac App Store.

It is brought back in the name of macOS Catalina’s new Catalyst feature, which essentially makes some iOS apps available on the Mac. This new Twitter for Mac app does look and work very similar to the iPad and iPhone versions of the app.
