HBO Max to launch next month

HBO has finally released the launch date for its anticipated streaming service, HBO Max. The service is expected to cost $14.99 a month and will launch on May 27, 2020.

On top of having the catalog of HBO programming, HBO Max will have plenty of other streaming exclusives such as “The Big Bang Theory,” “Friends,” “The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air” and “Doctor Who.” It is going to have a line of new DC Comic TV series.

HBO Max will have original programming such as “Love Life” that stars Anna Kendrick and will be available on the service’s launch day. Other original programming like “The Flight Attendant” that stars “Big Bang Theory’s” Kaley Cuoco, a reboot of Gossip Girl and many others.

There was supposed to be a “Friends” reunion, but because of the coronavirus pandemic, that reunion has been postponed.
