The Vitamin Shoppe is a company that sells nutritional supplements and is based out of New Jersey.
It has been reported on both Twitter and Reddit that The Vitamin Shoppe is accepting Apple Pay now. According to Knoji, the company has not accepted it in the last few months, so this seems to be a new update from the company.

It has been updated on Apple Maps that the company has started accepting Apple Pay in its stores, so it could be argued that this new development has been out for a little while.
The other good news regarding this is that those who have Apple Card can get two percent in Daily Cash when they use it with their iPhone or Apple Watch.
At this time, The Vitamin Shoppe does not accept Apple Pay in its iOS app, which is only available on the iPhone.
