Singapore offering up to S$380 to residents who use Apple Watch

Singapore residents who use Apple Watch will be able to earn S$380 in rewards under a new LumiHealth scheme by completing goals and tasks within an app.

Apple and the Singapore Government have partnered on a two-year initiative dubbed LumiHealth, which is designed around rewarding users through Apple Watch.

Residents will be able to earn up to S$380 or $280 USD in rewards by completing set goals and activities within the app, such as walking, yoga & swimming. LumiHealth will provide users a personalized experience with coaching, reminders for immunizations, and more.

The LumiHealth program is voluntary and those who partake, data is secured and encrypted, with no data to be sold or shared. The announcement states “designed with user privacy and security at its core.”

Apple unveiled its next-generation Apple Watch series at their September Event, where they debuted the Apple Watch Series 6 and Apple Watch SE along with 2 new iPads.

The Apple Watch Series 6 features a blood oxygen sensor, an always-on display, and altimeter, and two new colors; blue and (Product) Red.
