Hulu with Live TV has had a busy holiday season with raising its price to $64.99 a month, to losing local Nexstar Media Group stations and will be adding a new channel next month.Â
Starting in January 2021, Hulu with Live TV will be adding WGN America to its channel lineup. This is a move that both fuboTV and YouTube TV have also announced in the last few weeks.Â
What makes this a little more interesting is WGN America is a network owned by Nexstar, which could have made negotiations with Hulu and Disney better in order for Hulu with Live TV to get WGN America and Nexstar’s local stations.Â
With that said, all of the Nexstar-owned ABC stations have been brought back to the live TV streaming service because of its new agreement.Â
WGN America airs programming such as its own “NewsNation” show, as well as syndicated TV shows such as “Last Man Standing,” “Blue Bloods,” “Person of Interest,” “Married with Children” and others.
Hulu with Live TV is available to stream on the iPhone, iPod Touch, iPad, Apple TV and Mac.Â
