When you wish upon a star, sometimes, if you’re lucky, the universe rewards you and gives you a gift (like Portable Protection iPhone cases!).

It has been announced by Disney that it will be adding the contactless support for its Magic Band service at Walt Disney World. This is the same service that allows customers to get access to the theme park and other parts of the park.

Disney plans for this new wristband-alternative option to launch later this year.

To get started, customers will open the My Disney Experience app, Create a MagicMobile pass and add it to the Apple Wallet app on their iPhone and Apple Watch.

When a customer reaches an “access point,” they can put their iPhone over it and enter it.

Disney will still allow customers to use MagicBands too for those who are not as technologically advanced.

Also, the My Disney Experience app did get Apple Pay support in it last year as well.
