Apple today has released watchOS 7.4 Beta 5 to Developers. watchOS 7.4 introduces a new “Unlock with Apple Watch” feature that lets an ‌iPhone‌ with Face ID use an unlocked and authenticated Apple Watch as a secondary authentication measure when you’re wearing a mask, alleviating the need to enter a passcode to unlock the ‌iPhone‌.

If you have the Developer Beta profile installed, you can head over to ‌Apple Watch‌ app on your iPhone and proceed to General > Software Update to install the update on your Apple Watch.

We will update you if we discover anything else that is new in this update.
