Apple today has released watchOS 7.3.3 for Apple Watch. This update brings security fixes and bug fixes according to Apple’s release notes. To update your Apple Watch go to the Apple Watch app, then General > Software Update.
To update your Apple Watch, you will need at least 50% of battery, device placed on the charger, and your Apple Watch in range of your iPhone.
