A new fourth-generation iPhone SE is set to be in the plans at Apple, but with some changes.
Ross Young, a well-known display industry advisor, posted on Twitter that Apple plans to release an iPhone SE with 5G either next year or in 2024, but Young saying that it will likely happen in 2023.
Next SE model is rumored to be called SE+ 5G and will have a 4.7" LCD. Previously said the next SE model, SE3, would either have a 5.7" or a 6.1" display. It is now looking like it will be 5.7". May be launched in 2023 rather than 2024.

This fourth-generation iPhone SE is expected to have the same design as today’s iPhone SE, but have an A15 chip and support for 5G.
The new iPhone SE is said to be called the “SE + 5G,” but that could very well be a working title for the folks at Apple right now.
