iPhone SE’s key features

Announced in March 2022, iPhone SE is the newest version of the iPhone series. The new iPhone is made with high-quality glass and aluminum and retains the familiar Home button with Touch ID. The phone is designed to protect against leaks.

5G helps users be able to take advantage of the latest generation of wireless technology so that they can have a better experience with faster uploads and downloads, lower delays, and many more places.

The iPhone SE also features IP67 water and dust resistance, a 4.7-inch Retina HD LCD, 7-megapixel ƒ/2.2 front-facing camera, Wide color, Dolby Vision, HDR10, and several other features.

iPhone SE 3 vs iPhone SE 2

The iPhone SE 3 is the latest entry in the Apple SE family. But If you have got an iPhone SE 2, is it worth upgrading to SE 3? Let’s find the answer:

Firstly, the SE 3 and SE 2 look virtually identical to each other. Both of them come in the same black, white, and red colors, as well as have a 4.7-inch display and a physical home button. Even the dimensions are also the same since they both measure 138.4 x 67.3 x 7.3mm.  Either the iPhone SE 3 or iPhone SE 2 offers an LCD panel, True Tone technology, 1400:1 contrast ratio, 1334 x 750 resolution, and 625 nits of max brightness.

So, what is the biggest difference between the iPhone SE 3 and iPhone SE 2? In terms of physical difference, the only feature is that the SE 3 is slightly lighter compared to the SE 2. When it comes to other features, there are some difference between the two versions. For example, powering the iPhone SE 2 is the A13 Bionic processor. In addition, it is easier to handle apps and games by the SE 3 than the SE 2. So, the iPhone SE 3 will help users be able to keep up with the new applications out there much better. Apple also claims that the SE 3 delivers up to 1.2x faster graphics, compared to the SE 2.

iPhone SE price

The aim of Apple with the iPhone SE is to give an older iPhone design with modern specs and sell it at a lower price than its siblings. So, the iPhone SE is the most inexpensive smartphone produced by Apple. You can purchase the iPhone SE from Apple’s retail stores, the online Apple Store, or partner stores with the price starting at $429. It is available with three storage options, including 64, 128, and 256GB.

However, if you are looking for an iPhone with more to offer, the iPhone 11, starting at $499, and the iPhone 12 mini, starting at $599, seem to be better options. So, unless you were planning to switch to the new iPhone SE anyway, there is no rush.
