Today is Streaming Day 2022. Believe it or not, this holiday was started by Roku back in 2014 to showcase the importance of streaming your favorite TV shows and movies.

On top of showing how important it is, it also gives people the chance for some self-care and relaxation after, in this case, a long week. Heck, if you wanted to, I don’t think anyone would mind if you extended National Streaming Day into National Streaming Weekend.

With that said, we are going to give you some options and recommendations as for what you could be streaming today on some of the most popular streaming services.

  • Netflix: “Orange is the New Black,” “Lucifer,” “Manifest” and “Set It Up” (movie, 2018)
  • Hulu: “Last Man Standing,” “The Handmaid’s Tale” and “The Breakfast Club” (movie, 1985)
  • Disney+: “Star Wars” trilogy, “Big Shot” (Disney+ Original) and “Chip N Dale Rescue Rangers” (Disney+ Original)
  • HBO Max: “The Batman” (movie, 2022), “South Park,” “The Big Bang Theory” and “The Perks of Being a Wallflower” (movie, 2012)
  • Paramount+: “iCarly” (Original, reboot), “Halo” (Original), “The Offer” (Original) and “Mean Girls” (movie, 2004)
  • Peacock: “The Office,” “Firestarter” (movie, 2022), “Downton Abbey” (movie, 2019) and “Yellowstone”
  • Prime Video: Tom Clancy’s “Jack Ryan” (Prime Original) “What If” (movie, 2014), “The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel” (Prime Original), and “Dead Poets Society” (movie, 1989)
