The Wizarding World is now set to have quite the busy summer ahead!
We reported a short time ago that the “Harry Potter” movie series was set to leave HBO Max starting on July 1 after an ad appeared on HBO Max’s Instagram account saying subscribers only had until June 30 to watch all of the films there, eluding the idea that it would be removed shortly thereafter.
Now we know today that is not the case and all eight films will be staying on HBO Max, but with a bit of a twist.
It has been announced that all eight moves will also be available on Peacock starting July 1. However, the three “Fantastic Beasts” movies will remain exclusively on HBO Max.
Peacock has previously had the films before on its streaming service but did lose them again back in April this year after having the films for six months.
HBO Max starts at just $9.99 a month for the ad-supported version and $14.99 a month for the ad-free tier. Peacock costs $4.99 a month for its ad-supported tier and $9.99 a month for its ad-free version.
Both streaming services are available to stream on the iPhone, iPad, Apple TV and Mac, and sync with the Apple TV app.
