Anjie Technology will be the new beneficiary of the all-new design foldable iPad. There may be no new iPad releases in the next 9-12 months as the iPad mini refresh is more likely to begin mass production in 1Q24.— éƒæ˜ŽéŒ¤ (Ming-Chi Kuo) (@mingchikuo) January 30, 2023

Thus, I'm taking a cautious approach to iPad shipments for 2023, predicting a YoY decline of 10-15%. Nevertheless, I'm positive about the foldable iPad in 2024 and expect this new model will boost shipments and improve the product mix.— éƒæ˜ŽéŒ¤ (Ming-Chi Kuo) (@mingchikuo) January 30, 2023
It was also said that the new processor of the iPad Mini would make it a bigger deal than some may think.
Apple released its most recent iPad Mini in September 2021, which saw a new look for said iPad, including the Touch ID button being moved to the top of the device where the sleep/wake button is, as well as the first iPad Mini with a button-less display where the Home Button and Touch ID were previously located, and added a USB-C port for charging. The screen size was increased 8.3 inches, whereas it was previously 7.9-inches.
