How to stream the 2023 NCAA Men’s College Basketball Tournament

The big tournament is happening next week and we think it is the best time to get you informed on the best ways to stream the NCAA Men’s College Basketball Tournament, also known as, March Madness.

For starters, the Selection Show, which shows and tells which teams will be playing who and when, and overall, showcases all 68 teams that are getting in the tournament this year.

The Selection Show will air at 6 p.m. ET on CBS and stream live on Paramount+. Starting on Tuesday, March 14, is when the first games of the tournament commence.

All of the games in the tournament will air live between the CBS, TBS, TNT, and TruTV networks.

Those that are looking for the best (and cheapest) way possible to stream the games live will be through Sling TV. 2/4 networks, TBS and TNT are on Sling TV’s Orange plan, which currently costs $40 a month. However, for new customers, the first month is only $20. If you do go with that plan and an antenna is not an option, we’d also recommend signing up for the ad-free plan of Paramount+ for an additional $9.99 so you can watch the CBS games live too. In some TV markets, Sling TV will have your local CBS affiliate, but not many.

If you want to see the games on all of the networks (TBS, TNT, and TruTV, excluding CBS), then Sling TV’s Orange + Blue plan for $55 a month ($27.50 for the first month for new customers) is the other option to choose.

Of course, other streaming services like YouTube TV and Hulu with Live TV will have all of the necessary channels all in one live TV streaming service.

Another option for streaming the games live will be through the March Madness Live app on the iPhone, iPad, and Apple TV. It is best to use it on the Apple TV because of the app’s ability to enable users to stream multiple games at once on the same screen. It’s for those who want to see every live game possible. The app does require TV provider credentials and that your TV plan has the necessary channels in it in order to stream the games from the networks listed above.
